X-Clean for Closed Loop Restoration Service

A unique arrangement of pre-filters and ion exchange media to effectively clean and restore chillers, cooling towers, and other open/closed re-circulating water systems. Using X-Clean, scheduled or unscheduled outages are avoided. X-Clean is an on-line procedure that does not interfere with the process or production. Quick connect fittings are used to allow system water to flow through the X-Clean System, returning near pure water back to the system reservoir. X-Clean cleans and restores water systems by removing organics, metals, metal oxides, fats, oils, grease, and other materials that are responsible for discoloration, odors, and deposit formation within the water loop. X-Clean effectively cleans and restores without the need to discharge any water or other material in to the plant’s waste stream or facility. Our process is entirely environmentally friendly and safe.
